I have come up with a way to produce enough electricity to power the whole country.

When I come home from work I have to play with Cooper and I try to wear him out so that I can take a break. But I realized I can’t wear him out, so I thought why not put him and a 1000 other puppies on treadmills that would produce electricity when something ran on it.

So you get this treadmill and you put Cooper on it and you put this television screen in front of him with a cat playing with his favorite toy. The cat makes an annoying noise and then takes off with his toy on a road that resembles the treadmill. Hopefully he won’t try to mark his territory while he is running. It might short out the entire project.

So I have told you that Cooper does not like seeing dogs on TV, or should I say, anywhere. Well, he also gets jealous when my wife and I do anything together. In the old days my wife and I used to go country dancing twice a week and at the time we got pretty good at West Coast Swing. Well, we have been invited to the wedding of some very close and special friends and we thought we should start practicing our dance moves. So, we are in the family room practicing while Cooper is sitting off to the side giving us a very disapproving look. Like “Hey, shouldn’t I be with you while you are having fun?” Meanwhile he starts off growling at us, and that moves on to very sinister barking. Finally, I just go and pick him up to try and practice with him, which didn’t go so well. I just really hope no one tells him about the wedding, because if he finds out he is not invited, we will be in a real predicament.

So, I don't have much tonight because I am doing all 3 payrolls, as we speak, but I do have a story of Coopers new trick.

Cooper likes to fetch the ball but his new trick is just before he brings it to me he drops it and then pees on it. So adorable.

Also, we are making progress. My son just came up too me to ask if he can have a can of pineapple. There might be hope for the boy, definitely not the dog.

Ok, folks -

At Taylors we try and do a classic car show twice a month on Thursday nights. So to start it off I hired a band to play the opening night on May 4th.

The band "Mere Mortals", will be playing music form the 50's, 60's and 70's. If you have a classic, bring it out and you get a free ice cream cone.

Thanks

Hope to see you there!

I read this week that they may have a vaccine for cancer and Alzheimer’s by the end of this decade. Isn’t that amazing, and so if they can do that, they should be able to replenish brain cells as well. Wouldn’t that be something? We all might have a functional brain again. That means all those things we have forgotten might just come back to us. You know when you walk into the kitchen and can’t remember what you went in there for. With my luck, I will get dementia the year before the vaccine, and will find myself in the bathroom and can’t remember why I went in there.
